TOKYO, JAPAN

In January 2026, my friend Stan and I met up in Tokyo for a snowboarding trip to Hakuba. It was the first in Japan for the both of us. Here were some of my favourite pictures from the short time we had in Tokyo, sandwiching our days in Hakuba. This was also the first trip using my new X-T5 (paired with the XF 16-50mm f2.8-4.8 R LM WR lens). I happened to do the most interesting photography during the night, so this was also a good exercise in night photography for me - something I have never really done before.
